Jabal Omar Development Project

On an area of more than two square kilometers, 40 towers are reaching for the sky. Run by 29 of the world’s top hospitality service providers, the hotel rooms and suites in these towers will host some 34,000 guests on any normal day, and up to a whopping 100,000 visitors on any given day during the Haj and Umra seasons. The standout features of the project are a pair of twin towers with a praying area directly connected with The Holy Mosque. Together, they boost pedestrian traffic along King Abdulaziz Road, which leads straight to the Haram, and provide a comprehensive set of shops and restaurants. The third phase consists of two construction bases and four towers with a total built area of 398 thousand square meters. This phase includes 2166 hotel rooms comprising the twin towers, 1490 hotel rooms of which will be managed by Address Hotels & Resorts.
